Overview
Kenny D's Beach Bar is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. But even being across the street, you can still see the beautiful blue shades of the sparkling Gulf waters. Unlike typical beach bars, Kenny D's is built around an old fashioned diner. If you are spending the day at the beach, walk across the street and enjoy a nice meal or snack and a cold beverage. Many people do just that.
Kenny D used to vacation in Destin as a child and had a lifelong dream of living there. Kenny, who is from New Orleans, has brought a touch of Cajun style cooking to Miramar Beach. The food is good and the customers keep coming back, of course.
In the evenings on the weekends this Florida beach bar has live music on Friday and Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. and open mic night on Thursday and Friday nights. Check the web site for specifics as this may all happen only in season.
