Overview

Sharky's is one of the reasons Panama City Beach is so much fun. This giant tiki bar is located directly on the beach and looks out at the Gulf of Mexico. If you can't have fun at Sharky's, you can't have fun. Sharky's was started by a local beach boy and lifeguard. He made his dream come true, and at Sharky's Florida beach bar you too can dream about your dreams coming true.

Did you know that Sharky's survived three Category 4 hurricanes??? Sounds like a good place for a hurricane party. The music is always good and lively, and there is dancing. Just having a good musician and some intriguing dancers makes for a good time at any Florida beach bar. Some nights they have Karaoke.....need I say more about entertainment. Some good, some bad but always interesting.

On our most recent visit to Sharky's, Clay Musgrave was playing great music from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The crowd was filled with couples dancing and enjoying a great time at a great beach bar.

And, please don't feed the birds. Besides, it is illegal to do so in Florida. A $500 fine takes away a lot of good drinking money. Sharky's has a playground in the sand on the beach and that is a much better way to entertain the kids.
